Objective Measures for Evaluating UX Frameworks

How do we evaluate an experience? As UX evolves to span multiple systems and devices, both on- and offline, over time, the underlying framework can become more complex, and assessing its effectiveness holistically can seem impossible. This talk with take an example from a creative field using on- and off-line techniques in real world situations, and examine how they critique their own work objectively. Lessons learned can be applied to evaluate underlying frameworks of your own UX work. You will learn how to critique an information architecture or UX framework objectively.
